Randy installed two boat lifts for me about 20 years ago. They still work perfectly. He used first class materials- there is no rust, corrosion, or rusting or fraying of cables even after all these years. Once, several years ago, a lift motor wouldn't start, so I called Randy and he said that it may just be that mud daubers had clogged up the connections. He said to get some contact cleaner and blow it into the motors and try to clean them out. I did it, and it worked; so Randy saved me a service call. More recently, I bought a new boat and needed a lift adjusted so it would fit. I called Randy and he came over promptly and adjusted the lift so the new boat fits. I am very happy with his products, service and workmanship.
