Great little Crab shack on the water. Food was great and priced great. Becca our server was fantastic, went above and beyond for us and especially for my son because he's picky eater. Definitely go again.
Called head to make sure they had crabs.. said yes.. plenty... Got there an hour later and all out of crabs.. ordered food waitress came back 20 mins later no baked potatoes.. the steamed shrimp I ordered was way over cooked they we're like rubber.. the fries we're under cooked.. husband got the broiled platter looked and tasted horrible.. was not impressed at all.. would not recommend..
Nice view right on the water. Live band was good. Don't go when they are busy. Managers don't seem to organize servers to best manage tables. Took over an hour to get a server and much longer to get cold nachos. Food for the table was ok once it arrived. Server was friendly. Beer was cold. Not a bad place, but needs to be better managed, unless I got there on a night a chef quit or something, not sure.
I would probably return, but with modest expectations.
The tables are situated by a nice riverside view, very casual atmosphere (you can tell there are a core set of regulars the staff seem to be very familiar with), and the food was good, though seasoned with a little too much salt. I went at 2pm on a Tuesday the day after Christmas, so there was no wait, and service was prompt. It's a very quaint, out of the way location, in a quiet location.
Had the broiled crab cake sandwich. Tasted great! It was big (8 oz) for a sandwich and not too expensive.
Food was good other than luke warm apps. Service somewhat slow... maybe they should invest in some food runners to get it out quicker and hotter.
