When I had trouble with my A/C unit I contact them, since it is a local company. The person on the phone scheduling the service call was very polite. The day of the appointment the tech was on time, I explained what the issue was, the condensing unit kept frozen up,that the previous year I had to replace the condenser fan motor. He looked around, inside/outside and told me that when the fan motor was replaced they put way to much freon gas back when the fan motor was replaced. I told him that was not it because I was the one who replaced the motor. The system worked for a couple of days then it froze again. I called again and I was told that I will have to pay again if I wanted the tech to come over again. I gave the company one star because of the person on the phone.
Very pleased with this company the owner,customer service and technician Patrick outstanding. Patrick had my air conditioner back running and he knew what the problem was right away . Great company and will use them again .highly recommend Hunts plumbing heating & air conditioning .
