Very clean and the people are very nice
Old equipment in disrepair. Smells like a musty locker room that hasn't been cleaned in a century. Zero natural light, in fact it's basically a cave filled with simple minded rednecks.
Everyone is super nice and willing to help you if you need it. The gym is clean and the organization is nice because everything is together
