Where to begin......I can't say enough about how courteous, friendly and professional the staff was at The Used Car Factory today. I am quite pleased with how my car buying process went, it was seamless and not painful as I thought it would be, thanks to Kevin Gentry. He, in my opinion, was accommodating to how I wished to go about purchasing a car from them and then some. If you are lucky enough to have him as your salesman, you won't be disappointed. The reasons I went to them was that they had one of the vehicles I was considering to buy, and I saw all the good reviews previous customers left them. I know I am thrilled with my purchase so much so that if someone I know, or even a stranger, is in the market for a vehicle, I will strongly suggest for them to go to The Used Car Factory. I am sure all the other salesman that work there is just as cooperative and professional, but if you can ask for Kevin Gentry! :-)
These guys over here are straight forward. By far one of the best experiences buying a car in my life. Showed up and met with Kevin. Told him what I was looking to get for my trade. I gave them a reasonable dollar amount. Told them exactly what I was looking for and they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I was in test drove a couple of SUV’s, closed the deal and was out in 90 minutes start to finish. Thanks for the mutual respect and getting it done quickly. I will definitely be buying my cars from them again.
